Shes back on that meal prep train. Cooking meals for the week means I eat better and when I eat better I feel better. It’s as simple as that. This week I prepped: - sausage and spinach quiche - low sugar, high protein banana pudding - sweet chili chicken over rice - stuff for snacks and sandwiches Gentle reminder that there are no bad foods, and this not a space to police or judge anyone’s food choices. #mealprep #selfcare #cooking | Glitter Lazers

Many of you will be surprised to know that in college, I made most of my clothing. I loved creating my own prints and repurposing vintage finds to fit me. | Glitter Lazers

We filmed this skit, but we never got the edit perfect, so I never posted it, which is silly because watching it back months later was so much fun. I hope you enjoy it! | Glitter Lazers

Just sharing facts. Haters will try to convince your value and ability to be loved are held hostage until you meet their standard of beauty. Truth is there are people who like all types. I don’t train to be small, I train to live big. Training helps me live my most capable life, improves my mood and makes me confident in my abilities. IMHO the only thing that’s universally attractive is confidence and baby I’m getting plenty of that in the gym. Maybe this should be a Friday series 🤔 | Glitter L
